Shipping cost within Croatia is 5€. This price includes VAT. Shipping for other EU countries is 8€.

In case of inability to deliver properly to the address specified by the Buyer, the Buyer bears the costs of redelivery to the same or another address, depending on the information provided by the Buyer to the Seller during the order delivery verification.
Costs of using remote communication means
The Seller does not incur any additional costs for remote communication means.
Terms and deadlines for payment, conditions of goods delivery, delivery time
Products are ordered by selection, using the menu, and filling out an electronic form. Customers can order and buy a product as a registered or unregistered user. A product is considered ordered when the customer completes the entire ordering process.
Payment for ordered products can be made in the following ways:
- Card payment at the time of ordering
- Cash on delivery in the store
- Cash on delivery upon delivery
When paying cash on delivery, it is good to have the exact amount ready for a faster transaction.
If the customer does not receive a notification that a contract has been concluded after completing the ordering process, it is suggested to check:
- If the message is in the Junk/Spam folder
- If the mailbox is full
If the payment is not made within the specified period, the Seller will proceed with the delivery of the purchased products after the payment is made outside the deadline, and if unable to deliver for justified reasons, the Seller will unilaterally terminate the contract and refund the paid funds.
If the payment is duly made and visible on the Seller’s account, the Seller will proceed with the delivery of the ordered products. The invoice for the order is delivered in the package along with the goods.
Ordered products are delivered throughout the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
Delivery will follow no later than 48 hours from the receipt of the order on a working day, or up to 72 hours in case of weekends and holidays.
If it is impossible to deliver the selected product because it is no longer in stock, the Seller is obliged to immediately inform the Buyer, and the Buyer has the right to terminate the contract and request a refund or agree to a subsequent delivery date. All ordered items will be tried to be delivered in one package. If this is not possible due to stock availability, the Seller reserves the right to deliver in multiple shipments.
Delivery is carried out according to the terms of use of the delivery service, and is considered executed at the moment of handing over the products to the delivery service.
When the Seller delivers the product to the Buyer through the delivery service, the Buyer is obliged to accept it by signing the delivery note, thereby confirming that the product has been properly delivered.
In case the Buyer orders goods and refuses to receive them, the Seller has the right to withhold from the paid amount of the sales price the amount equal to the delivery costs and other manipulative costs from the delivery price list.
The following are not included in the delivery deadlines:
- the day of receipt of the order/request
- delay time due to inaccurate and incomplete address of the Buyer
- delay time due to force majeure or other reasons for which the Seller is not responsible
- non-working days if they represent the start or end of the deadline
In the case that the ordered product is paid for on delivery, the Seller will proceed with the delivery of goods according to the above-mentioned deadlines, which run from the confirmation of the order, and the Buyer is obliged to make the payment at or before the direct receipt of the products.
